Salon policies
Appointments are two hours or more and there is only one of me, so a late cancellation is a slot nobody else can take. These are here so there are no surprises.
Booking fee
A non refundable 50% booking fee is required when booking all appointments. This will be deducted from your full price on the day of the appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until your booking fee is paid.
Rescheduling & cancellations
You must give at least 48hrs notice if you need to reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be carried over. If you cancel less than 24hrs your booking fee will be voided and you will have to pay another booking fee to secure another appointment. Same day cancellations will require the full amount of the appointment to be paid.
Running late
If you are more than 10 minutes late this will result in your appointment being rescheduled due to being on a tight schedule. This will be classed as a “no show” and your booking fee will be voided and you will be required to pay the rest of the full treatment price. There will be no further bookings being made until payment has been received.
Payment
I accept bank and cash payments. All payments must be completed before you leave my treatment room.
Before your appointment
Please ensure you come to your appointment with no eye makeup on, old strip lash glue, mascara build up etc… I have a lash cleaning bag available to purchase at your appointment for £10.
